Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges, within 30 days of the invoice date. You must apply for the return / exchange within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
The merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
You may return merchandise via any traceable method of your choice. Please note that PUNTOGEMMA will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.
I accept returns and exchanges providing the following conditions are met:
1. Jewelry must be returned / exchanged within 30 days of the order delivery date. You must apply for the return / exchange within 7 days of receving your item(s).
2. Jewelry must not have been worn or damaged due to your poor handling. All our jewellery is quality checked and packaged safely before dispatch.
3. Jewelry must be returned in it's original packaging (mail box, jewellery box, cards, tags, jewellery pouch and any other packaging). Please keep all packaging just in case you wish to make a return.
4. For health and safety reasons we are unable to offer return or exchange on all earrings. This policy is for the safety of all our customers.
I will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
