Why didn't I receive an email confirmation when I made my order?

I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?

 

Please email info@puntogemma.com or use the contact form. Perhaps in this exact moment I'm working at this very item that you like and I can reserve one just for you. No deposit is needed, just your name and number.

 

Can I remove items from my order?

 

Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact me by phone or email to receive more information.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Now why would you want to do that? If your order is still being processed and has not shipped But if you do, please contact me by phone or email. If your order is still being processed and has not shipped I promise to cancel your order. I can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to me following the instructions.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged/ incorrect item?

 

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact me by phone or email within 30 days. Please include the original Packing Slip and note the specific defect or error. More about returns you can read here
